Another thing you can see in Samuel Jackson’s dictionary that there are errors of facts which you can see in many of the words and its meanings. Like for example in the word alligator has in its meaning that is a crocodile that is like saying that a ball is an sphere that are synonyms that has no sense. Another word that has error of fact is mushroom in which the definition says it is a director of a company and you know that it’s not the meaning of the word mushroom. Like these words you can find more in the dictionary and also you can see some words that have close meaning to the real one.

Also in Samuel Johnson writing you can see that he refers to slang as “low words” that means that these words have no etymology or reason to be there are invented or taken from the nothing and given a meaning that is suitable for the person that use it.

In Jackson’s writing you tend to see his humor in some of the definitions he wrote like in the word stammel an I have said at the beginning that is kind of funny also in the word torpedo you can see that he refers to it as a fish and you know that has no sense at all. Another thing you can see in Samuel Jackson dictionary is his political and religious view that is given in the word Tory which its definition is one who adheres to the ancient constitution of the state, and the apostolically hierarchy of the Church of England, opposed to a whig.

In my opinion I think that language has not changed drastically from the time Samuel lived to today. I think that language has changed a little and new words have been introduced but it has not been an amazing change in it.

These dictionary puts me to think about how you know what a word means and how it should be pronounced and that drives me to the conclusion that the people who has studied history and the ancient books of the civilizations should be the ones that should decide what a word means because they know the roots and where they come from also to decide how a word should be pronounced should be a person that has studied the use of words and its pronunciation a long time.

I got all this with hard work , 10 years ago I was finishing highschool and  I  didnt know what to study ,  I was between being a dentist or a computer manager since I am really good at computers. Something that my dad said to me made me go for the dentis and so far i am very happy that I choose that. I studied in Francisco Marroquin  for 6 years and after that I went 3 years to usa for a specialiciation. The last year and this one been all about hard working , I open a clinic with the help of my dad and things been going well , I brought the house my self and I was able to pay back my dad`s loan. My cousing studied mecatronic so he got me some really nice chairs for my patients.

My older sister graduate from Fransico Marroquin and she is living in washington with her husband right now. My sister`s husband is the one who represents our presidents in Usa congress and has a very important place in there. They have two kids , one is named Paula and the other one is named Luis . My dad and my mom are still married and they are good , they been having some  highs and lows but then overcome all and still love each other. My parents still live in Guatemala in a aparatament near my house , so we can meet any time we have  some extra time in our stressed life.  I have always love music so I keep learning each day more and more about the guitar and right now I can say I am pretty good. My best friend named pablo havent improve that much but he is still a really good drummer and we own a band. We are called the Cheespis and we play some mix of rock/jazz/pop which is being accepted pretty good so far by the people who hear it.  I dont know if some day I will have a chance to become some one in the industry of music but I really love playing and thats what keeps me practicing and becoming better each day.

I heard that some people would make all kind of savage / carnal stuff like have sex with different girls on the same day or kill some one ,  I am catholic and I beileve in god so i would not ruin my pass to heaven and my soul on the last day on earth , it makes no sense to me at all haha. I was thinking about making a last day on earth concert for my family and friends since i love  to play guitar and the concert would be awsome , something fun to remember on the last day on earth and of our lives.

I would also  try to eat things i havent eat in my hole life and drink any kind of expensive alcohol and drinks to see what  I lost. If i have a girl friend by that day i would probably ask her to marry me and get marry really quick so then we can both experience the joy of making love ( haha) in a way that dont go against god laws and wishes.

This day will come when I am around 27 so I would have my odonthologty degree all ready and a good job.  So by this time i hope my dad and my are already proud about me and that  i havent hurt them.  I am pretty sure i hurt some people in my life , wounds that are more powerfull than a simple hits , that kind of wounds that hurt very deep inside your sould and that are never heal.  I dont like when I hurt some one really bad , like saying something I was not suppose to them and hurting them. Therefore I will go talk to each one personally and apologize in the best way possible for making the m suffer and ask in a quick way to pay them back.  I am sure some will just forgive me  but others wil lask for strange favors or things that are really hard to get in just one day. The only way to really geta person to forgive him is to show him that u reject about that thing or act you did to ofend him or her and that the apology comes from down your  soul not only something your mom or dad would tell you to do.

Witches

I believe that McBeth probably wouldn´t have made such a big deal and such a complot against the king if he hadn´t know that he had a chance to be king. The idea never came up in his mind, so to prepare himself and actually come up with ways to be able to execute a plan to make it happen was all a product of the witches’ prediction; therefore, if he hadn´t known, he wouldn´t care and wouldn´t make an effort.

People susceptible

The human is ambitious by nature, so yeah I do think that is really easy for someone to fall into such temptation given that we are always searching for more; especially when it comes to power, everyone wants to have more power than everyone else, so that´s why we fall in such situations.

Consequences

You can always see the consequences of being too ambitious, given that they are very noticeable. Most of the time, people step on other people in order to get what their ambition is telling them that they need, even though it is only a want for the people. And also, by being ambitious is really hard to feel satisfied, you think that nothing is ever going to good enough, and you keep looking for more and you always feel like a whole in your heart.

Millones de personas mueren todos los días, millones de personas son matadas todos los días. Sin embargo, la muerte del señor Rosenberg alborotó a todo nuestro país. A pesar de la cantidad tan excesiva de violencia que ocurre en Guatemala, tan solo bastó una muerte para causar manifestaciones y alboroto en todos lados.   ¿Por qué? Porque la muerte de Rosenberg, y la valentía de haber dejado su legado en un solo video, nos abrió los ojos. Las palabras que este abogado y ciudadano de nuestro país nos motivaron y nos guiaron para darnos cuenta de que no está bien que tanta violencia esté ocurriendo en Guatemala, que no es normal tener que andar con guardias todo el día, que no debemos aceptar el tener que salir con miedo a cualquier lado pues nos puede pasar de todo. Lo dijo claro y pelado, hemos estado dejándonos por mucho tiempo y es hora de que cambiemos eso. No lo vamos a hacer sentados en nuestra casa encerrados, o caminando por las calles rodeados de hombres armados, debemos mostrar de que no estamos bien con la situación de nuestro país, que no aceptamos la corrupción, y especialmente, que queremos un presidente capaz de poder gobernar a nuestro país con integridad, y sin tener que pisotear a los ciudadanos para poder lograr sus objetivos. Un presidente que nos gobierne a todos por igual, en lugar de tratar de separarlo y de tratar de ganarse a la mayoría. Debe de hacer las cosas bien, para poder quedar bien con todos. De esta manera, el pueblo de Guatemala se ha levantado para poder hacer escuchar su voz y ultimadamente, hacer un cambio.  Miles de gentes salieron a protestar, protestar para que se haga justicia, no solo por el caso de Rosenberg, pero por la muerte de todos aquellos que han sido matados sin razón aparente, por la avaricia y crueldad del hombre. No importa la clase social, no importa de donde eran, TODOS salieron por la misma razón y con el mismo objetivo, todos como hermanos. Sin embargo, el presidente fue tan canalla, que tuvo que manipular a gente para que lo “apoyaran”, cuando no hay necesidad de eso. Pues, a pesar de que hay gente que lo toma así, el ataque no es contra el directamente, sino a la manera en que NO está tomando las riendas del país. Solo toma acción cuando le conviene, y cuando no lo esconde.  Se va por todos lados regalando cosas y destruyendo el sistema económico, pues al regalar las cosas no ayuda sino empeora, ya que no promueve la productividad sino la dependencia en el gobierno, algo que todos sabemos es excesivamente malo. Hay que enseñarle a la gente a ser capaz de mantenerse a si mismos para que así no tengan que depender de nadie y puedan promover su propio desarrollo. Y al hacer esto la economía podría mejorar muchísimo. Pero regresando al punto principal, es increíble el nivel al que ha llegado nuestro país, y nosotros mismos lo hemos estado permitiendo al no hacer nada, al quedarnos sentados y dejando que nos hagan todo esto. Es impresionante ver que si la gente está tomando acción, los ríos de gente que se guían a manifestar de forma pacífica es motivante. Nos da esperanza para creer que nuestro país en serio puede mejorar y que todo depende de nosotros, y de la actitud que tomemos hacia él. Lo único que debemos tomar en cuenta es que si las acciones que queremos que ocurran llegaran a tomar lugar en nuestro país, tenemos que estar dispuestos a aceptar las consecuencias, ya sean malas o buenas, que estas conlleven. Por eso debemos de tener extremo cuidado al pedir ciertas cosas, o que ciertas acciones tomen lugar en nuestro país. Y el gobierno en serio no esta tomando las medidas necesarias para mejorar la situación, que primero que todo, nunca debió de haber ocurrido de no haber sido por la avaricia del gobierno, algo que se ha estado repitiendo por los años. El gobierno debería de tomar una actitud más humilde y tratar en todo lo posible de probar que son inocentes, si es así. Y luego, tratar de dialogar con los que están en contra, en lugar de estar creando esta segregación del país entre “ricos” y “pobres”. El punto es que todos vivimos en el mismo país, y todos queremos justicia y paz para poder vivir tranquilos y felices. Entonces es hora de que el gobierno y el pueblo comencemos trabajar juntos y sin plan oculto para poder mejorar este país.
